Welcome back to another Brilliant Talks session, our coaching program for real estate agents. Today, Mark and I talked about past clients and open-house follow-ups.

One thing we must keep in mind when talking to the consumer is to give them what they want. All they want is to take a look at properties and get the best property available for the best price.

With the market shifting, their number one fear right now is, “Are they buying at the right time, or is the market going to tank more?”

It’s your job to talk about that fear. If you don’t talk about that fear, you’re going to miss the opportunity.
